Lives and operates in Houston, TX, and Las Vegas, NV.

Ms. Ife’ "Shine" Miller is the mother of seven adults, self-published author of Metamorphosis of a Butterfly: Collaborations of My Mind, available on Amazon, periodic WordPress and business blogger, inspirational quote writer & "stuff poster", poetic author, and voice of the Under Dog.

Shine is the founder and CEO of Rugrat Entertainment Management & Business Consulting (RREMBC), an organization created to protect and educate independent artists and small business operators while creating business goals, and long-term management solutions with effective, healthy financial outcomes.

On the other side of the brand and business, she indulges in her creative side with web and graphic design, while still offering business services, master classes and crash courses, and consultations as an independent business operator of RREM Business Consulting.

Ife' founded RREM Business Consulting in the Winter of 2015. Since then, she has also established RREMBC Graphics, Egghead Homework Help, IMiller Tax Prep and Financial Services, Leading Young Nations and RREMBC VA Services. and INMiller Personal Life Coaching where she helps people through 1:1 personal engagement sessions to achieve their personal and professional goals.
